M E 458: Computer Graphics

Principles of computational geometry and computer graphics and their application; homogeneous coordiates, projective geometry, 3-D curve and surface representations; data structures and geometric data bases, wire-frame and solid geometric representations; graphic I/O device characteristics and cost considerations. Programming exercises and projects based on applications.
