E C E 744: Theory of Microwave Circuits and Devices
- Catalog Description:
Scattering matrices; symmetrical junctions; impedance and ABCD matrices; equivalent circuits. Wave propagation in periodic structures and anisotropic media; Floquets theorem; Brillouin diagrams; Hartree harmonics; tensor permeability, conductivity, and permittivity; coupled wave equations; normal modes; applications in ferrite devices.
