B M E 550: Introduction to Biological and Medical Microsystems

Introduces students to the field of MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Systems), as it applies to biology and medicine. Topics will cover methodology of traditional MEMS devices, how they can be incorporated with biological systems, and methods for micro-structuring biological materials.
